Kehillat Beijing

Founded in 1979, the Kehillat Beijing Foundation supports Jewish life in Beijing, around China, and across the world. We host Shabbat services and dinner each and every Friday night beginning at 7:00pm, in addition to a range of holiday celebrations, educational opportunities, and community retreats and excursions into one of the world's greatest cities. 

Kehillat Beijing's Pesach Seder

This year we'll be hosting our Community Seder on the first night of Passover.

  • Date: Monday, April 10th
  • Time: Doors open at 6pm, Seder begins at 6:30pm

If you'll be joining us, please RSVP by email and we'll send you a link soon to buy your tickets in advance. You can either click below, or email: info@sinogogue.org. And If you're interested in participating in the seder by reading or helping with activities, please let us know!  Remember, at Kehillat, it's a community affair. 

Our lively seder this year will be lead by the inimitable Arthur Kroeber and Jesse Appell with plenty of input from other members of the community. 

All foreign passport holders and spouses / significant others are welcome.

We have a charge to cover the cost of food and wine:

Members:
Adults- 200 rmb
Kids- 150 rmb

Non members:
Adults- 300 rmb
Kids- 150 rmb

Students- 200 rmb

Matzah will also be available to take home by pre-order closer to the time.  Final prices have not yet been finalised, but they're likely to be 60rmb for a box of matzah, and 40rmb for matzah meal.
