Founded in 1979, the Kehillat Beijing Foundation supports Jewish life in Beijing, around China, and across the world. Ted Plafker's Bar-Mitzvah - 2017

On October 21, 2017, the Kehillat community joined the Lipson-Plafker family in celebrating Ted’s bar mitzvah at the Brickyard Great Wall Retreat. After a beautiful ceremony officiated by Rabbi Shimon Freundlich, with torah reading and words from Ted, friends new and old came together to celebrate with dining and drinking, music and dancing, and much, much merry-making.
